Over a decade ago, twelve Greer businessmen had a dream: a dream that they could make a difference in the community where they lived and worked. These men worked hard to make their dream come true and in 1989, they opened the doors to Greer State Bank.

The upstate of South Carolina has changed tremendously since the original settlers arrived. Our community has changed tremendously since the Bank opened in 1989. However, one thing hasn't changed.
